Shipping policy

Beyondlines Interiors LLC accepts and delivers orders to all locations within the UAE.

Orders placed for delivery inside the UAE will be delivered within 2 to 4 days. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail provided for tracking orders.

We may provide next day delivery within Dubai for orders placed and confirmed before 12 PM. Please contact us via mobile or WhatsApp to confirm the feasibility of completing the order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

UAE: Standard tracked delivery within 2 to 4 days (FREE OF CHARGE)

UAE: Next day delivery (additional cost of AED 20) 

Cancellation policy
Order cancellation would be accepted only if the cancellation is done within less than 24 hours and the item has not been dispatched from our facilities. Please contact us via mobile or WhatsApp during working hours and we will be pleased to assist you.

Return Policy
We are pleased to accept return requests if you are not satisfied with your goods. Return requests may be approved if goods are new, unused and in original packaging.  Returned items should be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Return requests will be issued as store credit

In the case where items delivered are damaged on delivery or faulty, we will be happy to return or exchange them. Please notify us within 1 day of delivery via mobile or Whatsapp, and provide proof of the issue.
